| A friend of mine just recommended "Felon" to me... in all honesty it is one of the best movies I have seen in a long time! it is pretty intense! Has anyone else seen this movie? | |

| No, but for two great movies no one's heard of, watch "[Rec]" (Spanish horror film, Cloverfield style) and "Shotgun Stories" (directed by Jeff Nichols, Ben Nichols of Lucero's brother) | |

I really wasn't a fan of cloverfield... in no way did it live up to the hype for me.

| I know this synopsis will sound cliche, but really this movie is something special... so basically this guy is doing the right thing but a bad thing happens and he gets sent to prison, where his world is turned upside down and he does his best to survive. ugh, that review was lame... take my word, see this movie. It is very raw. | |

It's only like Cloverfield in that it's shot from a single camera that a dude in the movie's holding. I highly recommend it, as long as you don't mind reading subtitles for a whole movie. It's pretty scary and really intense.

| I might check out [Rec] I was actually a huge fan of Cloverfield in theaters. Outside of theaters, not nearly as good. | |

| My brother saw it and told me it was "cool" but not good, and didn't live up to the hype. So I decided to save my $8 and not bother. | |

| yo, that Spanish horror movie I was talking about, [Rec], was remade in English, and it's coming out in a month or two. it's called Quarantine. definitely go see it. it looks as good if not better than the original, and appears to have only a few minor plot changes | |

| 'slumdog millionaire' was ace! i was also plesantly suprised by 'the wrestler'. didn't know what to expect for either of these films but they both got many thumbs up for sure! me and my bloke have got cinema membership for cineworld and we pay £11.99 a month and can go to the cinema as many times as we want whenever and wherever it's dead good cos we can just go when we've got nothing to do. personally that's how i feel the cinema should be and not as stupidly expensive for everyone as it is now and so you only go and see something that you really want to see. it kind of spoils it. (little plug for advertising there! cineworld should pay me for this! ) | |

Me and my friend did this, albeit illegally. Paid for one film and saw three. We were in the cinema for about 9 hours in the end I think.

RockNRolla was pretty good but Lock, Stock... and Snatch are still way better.
