I saw Fake Problems. Wasn't excited by them at all. You don't have to like or know every Gaslight related band
I actually find for the most part I actively dislike most Gaslight related bands with a passion.

Newbie questions- Who writes the lyrics and music? Is Ben lead guitar or Brian? Do they switch off? I don't have the CD booklets (downloaded the albums off Amazon) so I can't tell at the moment. Live it seemed like they both played main riffs (?) I don't know.
Ben writes all the words...and as for the guitar...Ben and Brian switch off on lead but Ben is the one who comes up with a basic riff.
Also...I have no idea how one doesn't enjoy live Fake Problems...To each his own I guess.

I saw them at 9:30 Club & Webster Hall and honestly the smaller venues in the smaller towns were way better. Which is often the case with the bands I like!

Definitely
And I see that they pllay25-28 songs per show so you get your money's worth

OMG yeah. All the Gaslight-related bands have raised the bar for everyone else I go see live. Not only that, they don't play the same exact songs every night and sometimes will take a request from the crowd.

What songs have you checked out that you've enjoyed so far?

Have they started doing set lists now for the current tour?
every time I saw em, they didn't have a setlist and just played whatever their drunken state could remember and take requests from the crowd.

OGC- still the same deal. They seem to have a loose set of staples they play each night with some differences each night. Even with the staples, the order wasn't always the same every night.
My favorite 5 off each album I've got:
LUCERO: No Roses No More My Best Girl A Dangerous Thing Banks of the Arkansas Little Silver Heart
TENNESSEE: Nights Like These Chain Link Fence When You're Gone Sweet Little Thing Slow Dancing
THAT MUCH FURTHER WEST: Still getting acquainted with this one so at this point the only one I could sing you offhand is Tears Don't Matter Much. PS You really don't want me to sing.
NOBODY'S DARLINGS: Anjalee Bikeriders (the day I learn all the words to this will be a personal victory) The War California Nobody's Darlings (Note: I didn't like Sixteen until I saw it live. Sounded so much better to me.)
RR&SB Again, still getting to know this one. Offhand I'm in love with San Francisco
1372: Smoke Sound of The City Hey Darlin' Sixes And Sevens What Are You Willing To Lose
WOMEN & WORK: On My Way Downtown (and intro) Like Lightning It May Be Too late Juniper (but the live version cus he does the chorus slightly different) I Can't Stand To Leave You (another note: I liked Go Easy live better also because it wasn't as gospel-y)
The only songs I know that I flat out don't like are off W&W- Who You Waiting On I can't get into at all and I don't like the girl's voice on I Want Your Love.

I still have two more CDs to get right? Attic Tapes and something? Or I could just google this.
I checked them out on Spotify and bought a few tickets to their show at St Agustine Beach--it's at an old converted 7-11 store. I posted about it on Facebook and a few of my friends said they already got their tickets so I am sure it'll be worth checking out.
What songs have you checked out that you've enjoyed so far?
All of Rebels, Overton and the one from 2001

Very jealous you got to see something from RR&SB played. I've noticed they haven't been playing Sixteen a lot on this tour, I always thought it was one of their staples.
