--------D------------------------------A
In the backseats of burned out cars.
--------Bm-----------------G
In the disenchantment lane.
-----------D--------------------A--------------Bm------------------------------G
The ideal angels twist and turn and ask forgiveness for future mistakes.
---------------D-------------------------A
But you and I we've been through this.
----------Bm-----------G
Maybe 100 times before.
---------D----------------------A
Always hitching rides with strangers.
-------Bm--------------------G
Papa warned us about before

Chorus:
----------------------D
But you know the summer always brought it.
-------A
That wild and reckless breeze.
-------------D--------------------------------------------------------A
And in the backseats we just tried to find some room for our knees.
-------------Bm-------------------------------A---------------------G
And in the backseats we just tried to find some room to breathe.
-------------Bm-------------------------------A---------------------G
And in the backseats we just tried to find some room to breathe.

-------------D-------------A-----------------Bm--------------------------G
And in the wild desert sun, we drove straight on through the night.
----------------D--------------A
We rode the fever out of Boston.
---------------Bm---------G
Dreamed of California lights.
--------D---------------------A
Come July, we'll ride the Ferris Wheel.
----Bm-----------------------G
Go round and round and round.
-------------D--------------A---------------Bm---------------G
And If you never let me go, well I will never let you down.

Chorus

-------------F#m-------------G--------------A
And these cowboys all go crazy in the heat.
---------------F#m--------------G
Chasing the lights in all the girls
------------A--------------------------------------------------------D
along the Santa Anna streets that they're just dying to meet.

Fantastic, thank you so much man!
I take it you just play the chorus chords for the ending bit?
