Here at Muzu.tv we cannot wait for Glastonbury and are looking forward especially to Gaslight Anthem's American Slang!!! it's our all time FAV!!!

Does anyone know what time Gaslight are on at Glastonbury?

Oh right thanks do you know if it will be streamed live on the BBC website?

Im doubtful that it will be streamed live , i think the best bet is hoping the BBC show some highlights or if they have it on the red button or something.

I know I find that quite ridiculous seen as they are one of the main acts on the main stage. Hopefully there will be some decent coverage on the BBC somewhere.

On red button now. Just gave a nice tribute to Clarence too.

THANK YOU; took me a while to figure out, but I nowe see they will show TGA again after Jimmy Cliff; can't record on the red button though with Sky+

Liking the shirt as well.

Amazing set as usual. Also loved the altered version of Biloxi Parish.

I enjoyed that; what they broadcast was mainly from 'The '59 Sound', so I wonder what else they played.

Is the guy on here with the 'I Love Gaslight' signed (in pink writing) or the person whom Brian dedicated 'Biloxi Parish' to ("my friend with the sign") or the guy at the front in the Gaslight Anthem and sneakers shirt?

The camera work was a little dull though, but the audio boot should be good.

Absolutely loved that today. Knew it was going to be good when they came out to Jungleland and dedicated the '59 Sound to Clarence! Seemed to be really enjoying it as always which is great to see. Just a shame about BBC's poor coverage.

It's been removed now anyway. Hopefully someone will upload this at some stage. Had a really good quality version of Biloxi Parish. I need that song to be released soon!

There might have been one more. Memory somewhat befuddled by an amazing weekend. Great set though, 59 Sound was dedicated to Clarence Clemons, but you've already read this so I need not go on, the Jungleland sax solo opening was a nice touch. First time I'd heard that since seeing the news C had passed on. Loads of people in the pit area at the front, not the liveliest of crowds, but everyone that was there was really into it. A performance worthy of a much higher spot on the bill.

They weren't even the main highlight of my weekend, Imelda May took that honour. Great show from her last night.

Totally agree with the comment on Imelda May

Gaslight were excellent as to be expected but Imelda blew everyone away
Been going to Glastonbury for about 10 years and that was one of the best sets/atmosphere I've ever seen

Must go and put comment to recommend in other bands thread!

Is anyone else pretty darn pissed that the BBC left the guys out of the highlights shows?!? Unless I missed them,there wasn't even a mention of them.Seems as though BBC only showed the more marketable and mainstream bands.

They were on the red button.
