Bruce Springsteen & ESB Tour to Begin in October?

BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN & E STREET BAND TOUR begins October 2011

I know all of you are going to say who is this guy and where did he get his info and why should we believe him?

It's a friend of a friend thing. All I can say is that this friend was at a Bar-B-Que yesterday with a person very close to Bruce(think inner circle) and he let it slip that Bruce and ESB are gearing up for a full tour Oct 2011. My friends info has, in the 26 years I have known him, never been wrong!

I honestly don't care if they come to a city close to me. If this is true, it could be his last so I'm going to travel however far I need to see him =P

Yeah I visit another Springsteen forum fairly regularly and I caught wind of the same info, except this guy claims it was at brian fallons house with some other gaslight members there too. Quite the BBQ lol.

The closet thing to "official" that I have heard (and it is pretty distant) is Clarence in this Rolling Stone exclusive interview on Feb. 24:

Clemons hasn't heard anything official from Springsteen about a 2012 tour. "I know nothing and I've heard nothing," he says. That being said, "those [2012 tour] rumors feel true. I always say we're going to do it again though."

According to that post, the info came from Brian's aunt in law, who was at a BBQ at "Brian and her niece's house", where Bruce "showed up". Oh well. At least you didn't hear it here first.

I'm a little more suspicious now. I wasn't aware Brian and Bruce were BBQ buddies... seems almost too good to be true

actually, the connection ebtween the BTX BBQ story and the Greasy Lake BBQ story is a mere assumption

I'm just talking about the Levine's/Fallon/Springsteen BBQ. Call me cynical but there's no way that happened.

The first barbeque mentioned by OP could well be ture and doesn't sound that unlikely.

This seems too strange/kinda dumb.

However, Bruce with E Street touring again would be nice!

that's just regular BTX bullshit. not saying that it isn't possible that there's a tour being planned, but that guys probably just having some fun with some internet people.
