RECORDING: Lucero - Chicago - 02/02/08

Hey folks! Got another good one for you. It's a long time coming, but other stuff and shows kept coming up. Hah.

Lucero opened for Hot Water Music for 2 of the 4 shows(both in Chicago) last winter, when HWM did a mini/reunion tour for the release of "Til The Wheels Fall off." It was an amazing show all around. Hope you like it. As always with my recordings, you get a hastily thrown together piece of album art but none of that FLAC jive the audiophiles insist on. There's a bit of background hiss that I can't figure out where it came from, but otherwise it's a pretty good recording.

Very soulful and he does a great job of going from one song to another - doesn't seem to talk much - very ambient, quite a good recording as well! Thanks for the sharing!
