(I posted this as a comment in another thread, I'll just copypaste what I wrote in that one but I felt like it should have its own thread)

It sounds like the natural evolution from Get Hurt, which is pretty cool; it sounds like they just picked up where they left off. However, I'm not too impressed. For a first single, I would have expected something a little less...standard? Typically, their singles are either a bit more energetic or a bit more on the slower side, and this feels like an inbetween kind of song. Like a filler track, almost.
What do you guys think?

I love it! The lyrics and the music just made that immediate Gaslight connection to me.

Sounds like a classic Brian Fallon song. I'm not blown away by it, but I'm still excited to be getting new Gaslight music after so long! Also felt like a teenager again when I saw that they're coming through my town on tour. Stoked to soon be at a Gaslight show again!
