Mercy Union (Benny Horowitz with Jared Hart, Rocky Catanese and Nick Jorgensen)

So if you have not heard, Jared's solo tour band is now known as Mercy Union and the line up besides himself is Rocky Catanese, Nick Jorgensen and Benny Horowitz.

So like, is it Jared Hart & Mercy Union or just Mercy Union but they play Jared's solo material (as they have been). This is all very confusing but I skipped Friday's show so...

They were just billed as Mercy Union. The set was split between his stuff from Past Lives and new tracks which I assume are on the upcoming album. Remains to be seen how that will be billed now.

Really excited about this one...Jared’s songs/voice and Benny’s energy sound like a winning combination.

I really feel like we should be referring to it as Benny’s side project here on the Gaslight forum though!!

What had become the tour band supporting Jared Hart's (The Scandals) solo effort is now Mercy Union, featuring Benny Horowitz of TGA on drums.
