The tabs here are decent, but most of them are in the wrong key. For example, here is how to really play Say I Won't

Code:
The Gaslight Anthem
Say I Won't (Recognize)

Tabbed by : eup.jasari@gmail.com
Tuning : 1 step down
Chords:

G : 320033 or 355433
Em7 : 022033
Cadd9 : x32033
D : xx0232
Em : 079987
Bm : 799777
C : 8 10 10 9 8 8
G(II) : x 10 12 12 12 10
D(II) : 10 12 12 11 10 10

Brian will sometimes switch between using open and barred chords during the verses, but the Chorus/Intro are almost always open.

G                    Em7
We're having a party, everybody's swinging
Cadd9
Tonight won't you come down out of your tower,
G                            D
Don't make me dance all night alone (Alright!).

Lead guitar (standard tuning) Play x3

G-10--12---14---15-------|
D--x----x----x----x------|
A--8---10---12---13------|

Play x1

G--14---15--12-----|
D---x----x----x----|
A--12---13---10----|

Em
Call up your girlfriends to come out tonight,
Bm
I'll call up my best friends to come out tonight
C
We'll put on our best shirts, our finest cologne
G                            D
And we'll turn the Casanova on.
Em
Come on out Maria and lose the tragic.
Bm
Come on out Maria and we'll show you some magic.
C
Meet on the warm sand and waltz out the twilight,
G(II)                        D(II)
and watch the carnival lights explode.

G                      Em7
We're having a party, everybody's swinging
Cadd9
Tonight won't you come down out of your tower,
G                              D
Don't make me dance all night alone.

Em
I've seen you from the window around,
Bm
I can't get your perfume memory out.
C
So come on before we get much older,
G(II)                              D(II)
and that can happen any one of these nights.
Em
So before we turn to ghosts on the mist on the sand,
Bm
or fall in line for more conducive plans,
C
See, I never took a shot to the higher minds,
G                    D            Cadd9
but I can hold the soft waltz down.

The bridge uses E5 (x799xx), D5(x577xx), and C5(x355xx)

E5            D5                    C5
Meet me tonight, let's see what can happen.

Same Chorus Chords:

We're having a party, everybody's swinging
Tonight won't you come down out of your tower,
Don't make me dance all night alone.

We're having a party, everybody's swinging
Tonight won't you come down out of your tower,
Don't make me dance all night alone.
Everybody's shaking like the end of the world,
Because everybody's waiting on the end of the world,
I ain't got a friend, Baby, left in the world,
Don't make me dance all night alone...

they're not in the wrong key. the chord you have labeled as G is played with the formation of a G, but is in reality an F chord. the "Em" is actually a Dm. it looks like an Em would in standard tuning, but it really has the pitch of a Dm

Por ejemplo:
An F chord in standard tuning would be played like this:
e|-1-|
B|-1-|
G|-2-|
D|-3-|
A|-3-|
E|-1-|

An F chord tuned down one step would be played like this:
e|-3-|
B|-3-|
G|-4-|
D|-5-|
A|-5-|
E|-3-|

or like this:
e|-3-|
B|-3-| or open
G|-0-|
D|-0-|
A|-2-|
E|-3-|

That last chord looks like a G, but it's still an F, since it's tuned down a full step. so really, if you play the right chords, it doesn't matter what tuning it's in. however, when you play Eb or D chords in standard tuning, you'd have to play the chord up one octave from how it's played on the album and live unless you tune down
