| Sean tweeted that some of the gaslight and dropkick dudes came in and bought their merch (dropkick played at the stone pony apparently). Get in on the ground floor. Seeing em again tonight because last night and Pittsburgh were so crazy/good. | |

| Welp its official. If you aren't jamming this band on the regular, you are screwing up big time. | |

| So true. Still like The Smith Street Band's Sunshine and Technology, but Sports is easily going to be my "album of 2012 that I completely missed" this year (well, didn't completely miss it. spun it a couple of times as was like 'this is pretty good' but didn't actually really get into it until the past few months). It really is as good as almost anything else from 2012.
Fest can't come soon enough. Also I'm thinking a Gaslight (or maybe Franky T) + Fake Problems + MoBo full US tour for early spring 2014 would be the greatest thing ever and well within the realm of possibility

| Does anyone know the chords to "See ya, sucker"? I'm not really that good at picking them out while listening yet and can't find the chords on the net. | |

| I'll ask 'em on Friday. They are apparently playing a party I was already going too.
Show last night was weird. No one danced and it happened in Diplo's Mad Decent studio. Then right after Mobo played they screened the movie Mars Attacks.
Buuuuuuut Radiator Hospital is the most underrated band of all time. Sam opened and killed it.

| This'll probably be my last post here, but..... support these things:
http://bigfootprintsrecords.bandcamp.com Bren's record label that gives back to Philadelphia and its larger communities as well as social programs.
http://steadyhandsphilly.bandcamp.com Sean's band. 1 man before. Full band now.
http://modernbaseballpa.bandcamp.com The band themselves. So fun. You know the drill
They are releasing a 6-way split (also with Old Gray, Dikembe, Pentimento, Empire! Empire!, and The Hotel Year) for Fest that assists with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The people that have it, support for their families, and research to find a cure.
Later Modern Baseball thread.... its been real.

| i think this band will be so good if they're successfully able to ditch the cutesy teenage guy thing as they get older and still write songs of that quality. know what i mean? i can never stop listening to the weekend or tears over beers, or profile pic | |

| So stoked for the new album coming out in 2013. "Sports" grew to be one of my favorite albums ever. I can't wait to see what they have in store for the new album. | |

Pre-order the new album right now! Any idea if the color combos are just splits or if they are some kind of splatter/swirl? Got the green/white cause black vinyl is boring. Hoping it isn't just half/half split cause that is also boring

| Steady Hands is always my dude Sean Huber. However, that is morphed/changed into being a full band. But ONLY when the time comes for it. Sometimes Steady Hands is 3/4ths MoBo. Sometimes even 1/2th MoBo. But it is always 1/4th. And it is 4/4ths worth listening to all the time. Download The Libertines. Do yourself a favor. | |
