EU / UK Tour 2012

Does someone still need to buy tickets for London and Manchester and could order one for me too so I would transfer you the money, it's just that I don't have a credit card. And my debit card isn't working

Thanks! Never got the mail since I didn't get the UK newsletter even though I subscribed. But anyway since I had some troubles with the secure code of my creditcard, they are all gone already. Will try tomorrow ...

And also: Why the hell is EVERY presale online EXCEPT Vienna. Not that they sell out quickly but still

For a UK tour on the back of a new album, 4 (or maybe 5) gigs are a bit of a non-event, especcially considering that this is billed as THE album. And its not like the venues are that much bigger than on the Amercian Slang tour or are they?

The first tour for American Slang (June 2010) I saw them at Brixton. Though I think that was upgraded from the Forum. Without looking I don't know what venues the rest of the tour visited.

I'm in - got 2 tickets for Glasgow (unreserved seating) - can't wait - see you guys there!

Anyone know if the Paradiso Amsterdam is all standing or are there seats.

the uk venues have all been played before on last two tours, but this is a tour for sale before the album comes out and will also have sold out before the album comes out so it is not to promote the album, it is iffect a tour for existing fans, some people might buy tickets from touts/scalpers when thay hear the new album.

we are fully expecting a full stadium tour early to mid 2013 for the uk that will possibly be on sale before these shows have even been played. it all depends on album sales but i belive the dates are already penciled in

You're mad if you are expecting a stadium tour. Even an extended arena tour could be pushing it.

Arenas yes, stadiums not yet. And I do take Oli's point. Mercury's expectations are high, and they do know a thing or two.

I'm not ruling them out of an arena tour, it's the extended arena tour that I would bet against at this point in time. 4 or 5 date arena tour, yes, any more and I doubt it.

Gaslight won't fill a stadium, they won't fill Manchester Arena or O2 arena!

MEN can be closed off to suit needs. I can see a small arena tour as the biggest point of this tour.

Well if they close a 1/3 or 1/2 off they have not filled it!

it took Bruce over 10 years before he first played european stadiums, think Gaslight still have a bit to go before they get stadium big.

I think the use of the word "tour" was misleading. 4 dates does not equate to a UK Tour...
