| I just walked into the Riot Fest thread not having read any of it. I skimmed the last page and breastfeeding is being discussed. What? And it's a guy/girl that I fought with about Ian who is causing a ruckus telling fullcollapse they'll report them to some authority about something or other. Man, I was on this board too much today. | |

| The fact that bakerfall, has been to 85 PJ shows, tells me all I need to know, to back up their previous comments.
I wish this board had an ignore function.

Yeah...I wanted to comment SO badly, but I chose not to get into it. To say that you are going to report someone to DCFS is a major threat, not something to just throw around. Even though it wouldn't be the decision I would make, Fullcollapse is being responsible, has taken her baby's welfare into full account, and knows what she's doing. It's nobody's business but hers and her husband's if they decide to take their baby to a concert. Boundaries people!

| I have a thing for kindhearted American women with great motherly instincts. Consider me your personal bard!
I'm glad you woke up happy, Shannon! I'm good, thanks! I had an almost four hour long conversation with my ex, stayed up until six in the morning. We went over a lot of stuff about our relationship, why it didn't work and all that. It felt very healthy and good.
Today I'm going to Gothenburg with my cousins to watch Sweden's national soccer team play against Iceland. I've never been to a game of this scale, and while it's not even the championship yet, I'm looking forward to it.
Do you have anything fun planned?

| That's great that you had such a good conversation with your ex. I'm sure it felt good to get some closure after all of this time. Haha, oh man, I don't deserve my own personal bard, but thank you! The soccer game sounds cool! I'm not a big soccer fan by any means, but going to a game would be a lot of fun. Is soccer as big in Sweden as it is in other European countries? Baseball is my favorite sport. One of my cousins called me the other day to tell me she was going to a Dodgers game and I was so jealous! I have the morning off, so I'm going to work on some poetry and try to keep this good mood going. Nothing big planned because I have to work this afternoon/evening. It should be a really easygoing day for me though. Just what I need! | |

excuse me while I go back to bed and stay there all my life. 50?! That's crazy! Were they too small to feel? Tiny earthquakes (like 2s and 3s) happen all the time along fault lines and no one can feel them, but if they were strong enough to feel, that would be very nerve-wracking! Even I would get sick of earthquakes if I felt that many of them!

It should be a really easygoing day for me though. Just what I need! YES YOU DO. I used to not like soccer, it's something you learn to like for sure. The problem with it is that it usually takes a long time for something exciting to happen. Unlike icehockey, there's a lot of mid-field play and not a whole lot of action near the net. But yeah it's the most popular sport in Sweden by far, followed by icehockey. Haha my Coloradan roommate used to talk about how great baseball is. Upon me telling him how boring I find it, he said "That's why it's called America's favorite pastime, it's something you sit around and eat hotdogs to, it's not necessarily about the excitement". That's interesting that you'd mention the Dodgers because some of my favorite lyrics go "I'm a steady hand/I'm a Dodgers fan". I just like the way it sounds, but either way I was thinking about what sport the Dodgers might belong to and there I have it! Where are they from? That's awesome, you've earned a chill day!

| Thanks, John! The Dodgers are from L.A. and they are my hometown team, so I have been routing for them my entire life. My dad played minor league baseball before I was born and was part of a Dodgers farm team (that's what the minor league teams are called sometimes), so it's in my blood I guess. But I have never been to a Dodgers game! I've seen the Giants and the A's play, but someday I'm going to see them play at Dodgers Stadium. I'll make it happen. What song are those lyrics from? I don't think I've heard it before, because I'd probably remember it! And your roommate is right. Baseball isn't an intensely exciting game, it has it's moments of course, but it's much more laidback than other sports. I would have thought for sure hockey would be #1 in Sweden. Strange! Yeah, I could never really get into soccer. I had a few friends that played during high school, and even then it didn't thrill me. Going to a professional game would still be fun though. | |

| I love watching soccer. But when I was younger I found it kind of boring to watch and was much more drawn to hockey, even though I was an active soccer player. So I agree with you, John. - It's definitely something you learn to like. I've never watched an entire baseball game. Although I have visited Dodger Stadium, which was awesome. | |

I've never watched an entire baseball game. Although I have visited Dodger Stadium, which was awesome. I think baseball might be a sport that has to grow on people too. Especially people who didn't have it as a part of their lives when they were growing up. I have always really liked it though. Other than some of the Olympic events, it's the only sport I will sit down and watch an entire game of. Did you go to Dodgers Stadium for a concert? That would be incredible!

No, just some kind of mini tour. It was all empty. But it was cool nonetheless.

No, just some kind of mini tour. It was all empty. But it was cool nonetheless. I bet! That stadium is a piece of American history. Apparently I'm going to need a boat to get to work this afternoon. We're getting the remnants of Tropical Storm Beryl today and there is a waterfall outside of my window right now and a couple inches of standing water in the street. Lovely.
