I'm thinking that too. I just ordered Tumbling Dice and I had to show some serious restraint not to buy even more from Banquet. 1 of each is enough for me.

shopradiocast it was a pre order that sold out for ladykiller. You can find it on ebay i think.

I got all of them through preorders/ official routes except the fingerprints instore. I had to go on eBay for that.
