Man, that was a terrible crash! At least Jeff Gordon is okay though, because it could have been so much worse. Maybe he'll have better luck in the Daytona 500 next weekend.

The muscle on the tie of my left leg is stretched out. I'm out for a week, can't run/walk properly! Atleast we won yesterday, going back to 4th place!

Trust me I know...My heart almost stopped the second the car started to roll in the air, and I swear it almost did again the second it lay on the ground on the roof. Best news of the night was he was uninjured. I hope better luck for Gordon next Sunday. Sorry to hera bout your injury Matt...hope it gets better before too long.

Congrats on the win, Matt, but that injury sounds awful! I hope you're back to normal really soon. So what will you do with all of your free time this week?

Working on my upperbody muscles I guess? :p
I got a free week off school, going to work on my paper. Tommorow i'm going to the city to buy vinyl, in the afternoon going to go to a coffeebar with my girlfriend, going to cook in the evening for her.

Ya know, my birthday is tomorrow. 21. and I couldn't be sadder. It's weird. The things I've been through the past 5 years. Instead of being glad that they are over and I'm not that way anymore, I'm sad that I was ever that person.

Hey Cody, happy birthday! Please don't be sad about the person you used to be. We all do things that we later think back on and cringe over, wondering how we could ever be so stupid, that's just a part of life and growing up. Instead, you should be so proud of yourself for improving your life and accomplishing the changes that you've made. It's really admirable if you ask me.

Don't run from the past, just view it as a reflection of your former self that helped you become who you are today. 21 is a new start for you. No retreat, no regret.
