This weekend I've been working at the mental hospital. Really long hours. But I get paid ok, so I guess it's worth it. Good to hear that you're doing well.

Oh, that's right, I remember you saying that a while back. I love psychology, but I bet it can be really upsetting working with mental patients. I don't think I'm strong enough to do a job like that.

I bought that Meteor mic. I think it seems pretty decent.

Yeah it's alright, you just gotta learn how to properly maneuver it so as to not distort it too much. Like, you gotta sit that far away from it and play that hard or loose based on that distance etc. Lots of things to think about.

I just accidentally broke mine and have to look for a new one, haha.

I bought that mic not too long ago. I've only recorded a few things so far, but I love it. I mean, it's not the greatest ever, but it's so much better than the old rusted one my dad gave me.

I'm not sure how long the sale will last! Musician's Friend is really good about prices, though, so even if it's not on sale, it still will be quite affordable! I need to get a pop filter soon, though. I've been using one of my light scarves as one, haha.

The only problem I've had is because I didn't have a pop filter. Ps and Bs can get loud and distort the sound, which I remember reading in the reviews before I bought it as well. I also had kind of a ghetto as far as sound checking went so the off sound levels could've been the cause of that, I suppose.
