Sideonedummy: All International Orders Not Honored

Just got this in my email:


Dear International Customer,



Thank
you for your interest and purchase of the Gaslight Anthem’s American
Slang preorder. Unfortunately, your order will not be honored due to
the fact that our SideOneDummy Online Store is not accepting
International Orders for this specific preorder. That was clearly
stated on top of each item in RED font. Each of our orders is captured
but not processed and charged until I go ahead and approve it. Your
order will NOT be charged.



I
would love to accept all of your orders but in ALL fairness, it would
be lame to decline your order and then give in to someone else’s
desperate plea to honor their order. So I’m not processing ANY
international orders for any preorder you may have ordered. Sorry for
the inconvenience.



Here
are links for Gaslight Anthem American Slang Preorders. I would get on
those quickly. Although the packages might slightly differ, they are
your best bet in getting this album before or on street date.

Just had that email as well. Looks like they are pushing us to get the vinyl option from HMV which doesn't appear to be coloured vinyl!

I guess this is gonna be the next best thing. They have the green euro version here

I'm from the states, but my brother went to a liverpool game in August last year. Can't remember who they played but Torres scored in the last couple of minutes and won the match for em! Wish I could go to one too!!!

The Mls team in Seattle has an amazing supporters group for the states, but it's nothing compared to the firms over there.

Hey we are in the FA cup final cant complain to much even if we are gonna get dicked.

Seems a shame that Side One aren't honouring orders outside of the US, although it does say on the site. You'd imagine that they'd of worked on a first come / first serves basis to all buyers willing to pay postage to where ever they live (as Vinyl Collective & No Idea have done)?
