it's on his myspace. go to file2hd.com, type in http://www.myspace.com/samrussomusic (make sure you include the http:// and the www.), click "I have read and agree to terms of service", click audio, and you have to actually click Get Files. then just right click save as on the file (Rats and Jackals)

Sam Russo is one of the greatest songwriters in the world. he's way more than a guy playing one man acoustic stuff, live he kills more than most full bands.
He kind of brings on a feeling of both exhilaration at how good the songs are, but despair at the inadequacy of my own songwriting.

i'm hoping he'll get round to recording a new record soon, his new songs are somehow better than the old ones.

Regardless, completely agree, he just has my full attention whenever he's playing and I can never get bored of seeing him, and he doesn't take any shit which is also cool. Wish he'd get round to recording properly!
