genius.com says the second line is "Once the bands have died down and our brothers and our sisters have gone" and that sounds right to me (except I'd say "are gone" instead of "have gone").

In the next line, I hear "nauseous and familiar" instead of "unfamiliar".

Still trying to figure out the other part you marked as "...".
