Get Hurt on the charts

I know Get Hurt got to 11 in Australia which is higher than Handwritten did. Highest new entry at number 4 on the UK Charts. How about in the rest of the world? Also does anyone know if any of the singles have had any commercial success?

American sales charts are Tuesday through the following Monday, so I'd expect to see some numbers tomorrow and maybe final numbers later in the week.

Unfortunately, I don't think it looks great. I haven't seen any of the singles having charted on either the alternative or rock charts ("45" was somewhere in the top 20 at the time of album release), and the early numbers from Hits Daily Double don't look great. As of now, with 48.14% of sales counted, the album is #9 with just under 14K units sold - Handwritten debuted at #3 with about 40K, I believe. That being said, it could be like voting - depending on the region, etc. - the sales could be stronger in what is uncounted and it's less than 1K units out of 6th place. We shall see!

In Germany new entry at 3.

According to HitsDailyDouble's "final" chart, the album came in at #4 with 32K units sold. It was the highest debut of the week, and the top three spots remained the same.

As a comparison, Handwritten came in at #3 with approximately 37.7K units sold its first week, and was also the highest debut that week. In its second week, it dropped 66 percent to about 12.9K units and #25 and by the third week was out of the top 50.

In the UK it entered at 4th.

You know I do my best bro. It's just that the people of my country are just as much suckers for the Frozen Soundtrack as the rest of the world is. Still there's only what 22 maybe 23 people that actually live in New Zealand. I'm sure just a couple more sales and our boys will have their first platinum record.
