A forum dedicated to The Gaslight Anthem - Brian Fallon says: ''For consistent and up to the minute stuff, Dimestore Saints is a great place to check out and hang with some really nice people.''
Good band. But I think the new single might be even better than anything on the first album.
Guess I can agree with you on that now!

I love both The House That Heaven Built and Younger Us. Can't really get into the first album though. Looking forward to Celebration Rock.

These guys are pretty f'ing sweet. I'd agree. Some of those two piece bands really amaze me....specifically these guys and The Black Keys (as it used to just be Dan and Patrick).

Celebration Rock is solid, and getting alot of love from the usual music sites (Pitchfork, NME, Absolutepunk). Saw them on Fallon the other night as well, killer performance

Celebration Rock is much better than Post-Nothing I think, after having listened to it 20 times or so.

I agree. It has more depth than Post-Nothing. My favourite track is Continuous Thunder.

I kinda like "Celebration Day" ...but that's a Led Zeppelin song. haha
But, I think Younger Us is probably my favorite too. These guys definitely got a lot going for them. Oh, and that stack of amps on the Jimmy Fallon show? Truly a beautiful sight.

Yeah I know he uses two amps to get that awesome simultaneous clean and fuzzy sound.

Yeah, that's pretty sweet. Almost doesn't even make sense. But, I suppose they make splitters for instrument cables just like they do for speakers and all that.

Celebration Rock is possibly my favourite record of all time. It has been the soundtrack to my summer, especially those nights of reckless underage drinking and drug taking with the mates. Don't think any album in recent times have captured exactly what it's like to be young like Celebration Rock has.
