Bright Eyes/ Conor Oberst

Fantastic night at the House of Blues in Boston last night! Was hoping all last year for a local area show (need to save my traveling budget for Gaslight ) and finally their schedule made it here. It was so worth waiting for. They mostly played a mix of songs from Upside Down Mountain and Bright Eyes. Rebecca and Megan Lovell from the Larkin Poe Band opened and everybody loved their set. They later played in the Conor Oberst Band as well. Lady Lamb was the second opener, also very impressive and solid. She was thrilled to be opening for Conor Oberst.

Conor Oberst played for two hours. Crowd was very much into it and the band looked like they were enjoying themselves as well.

Also, possibly great news, a crew from Front Row Boston http://frontrowboston.wgbh.org/ filmed the entire set (plus Lady Lamb) so here's to hoping the show will be posted online at some point.

Their new record is one of the best in 2015 so far! loving it.
