Nah. It's still the same one, Adam. Although the bassist doesn't sing as much as he did on their earlier stuff.

I saw them in Oskarshamn a few years back, great show. Inte i Väst is such an awesome song.

Ok. Cool. I've never seen them live. We don't really get any interesting shows in my town.

That song is great. I also love Kontraktet from the latest EP.

Banquets' debut LP is really good. Besides that, Tom Waits, Black Crosses, Social Distortion & Elsie are my favourites so far. I just realized that I've been mostly listening to older music this year - might have been due to the fact that my father gave me his Rolling Stones records.

Have you guys listened to the new Banner Pilot record? Fucking incredible

the AJJ album is quite fun to listen to also.

Yeah at first I wasn't into how it was mostly electric/full band stuff but it's grown on me a lot. And the songwriting is as good as ever.

oh don't forget the new Laura Stevenson and the Cans album came out this year.

I need to add the new black keys, it's THAT amazing. I am also going to buy it.

I honestly think it's not in the same tier as The Chronicles of Solomon Quick was, but The Boxer, The Bribe and The father is a phenomenal track, and goes beyond proving that you don't have to be signed to a well known label to write a classic tune.
