This is a local band that I have really gotten into lately. The band puts on great live shows.

JJ Grey & MOFRO (formerly billed just as Mofro) is a soul/funk/R&B/blues/southern rock band from Jacksonville, Florida composed of JJ Grey as singer/songwriter.

I heard and bought the song "I believe in Everything" a couple weeks ago and came away impressed. I haven't listen to anything else though. Other than the two songs you posted, what should I be listening to?

This is great, I'm a huge Patrick Sweany Band, and they have a slightly similar sound.

Glad to see some people here appreciate JJ's music. He is a gerat singer and songwriter and an all-around nice guy.

Yeah I had just listened to Lullaby it's great. I've had his stuff shuffling on spotify for the last hour and a half, and I gotta say from a first impression Georgia Warehouse is my favourite album.

That was the most wonderful song I have heard in such a long time. If I wasn't in such a great mood about discovering this band, I would be in tears. Do you know what this song is about?

I honestly don't think I've liked a recommendation this much since I was introduced to Lucero around this time last year, so thank you once again. Nare Sugar off of Blackwater is one I really enjoy as well.
