Must not be a lot of Clevelanders on the board, I didn't get any takers on my extra tickets, and I would have expected a show review by now. Well here goes random observations:

It was my 4th time seeing them, and first time on AS tour. I hate being redundant but it was just a fantastic show, an awesome roadtrip, the lack of sleep was well worth it. HOB in Cleveland is nice venue, and sound was great. Was on the 2nd level overlooking the action. Opening bands were ok, not overwhelmed by either though. Mad that we didn't get the Menzingers.

25 songs, 90 minute set, including this 6 song encore (She Loves You, Contender, Say I Wont, Drive, Looking at you Kid and Backseats to close it!)
Didn't play: Stay Lucky, Blue Jeans, Boomboxes.

Set List:
High Lonesome
Boxer
Came to dance
Diamond Church
While Lincoln
Cowgirls
American Slang
59 Sound
Bring it on
Elvis
Wooderson
Angry Johnny
Miles
Queen
Orphans
Film Noir
Spirit Jazz
Great Expectations
Navesink

ENCORE (Listed Above)

I thought it was a cool set list...Some new ones for me like Navesink, Contender, She Loves You.
Keep going Gaslight, you rock.

I read that too, but sure enough they opened with it. ANd I thought Brian said that about Backseats, and that closed it, but I'm not complaining.

No, they've played Backseats a lot. Only "retired" songs were 1930, High Lonesome and Meet Me by the Rivers Edge. So who knows, maybe RCMH will get 1930 afterall Razz
