The Stupidest Thing You've Ever Done Thread

i wanna hear some stories. stuff that you look back on and think "wow that was really dumb". i know some of you have some good stories

Was once bored at school, and started drawing stick men, which turned into stick men porn.... don't know why I did it, but it ended up snowballing (and tea-bagging ) and it was pretty stupid. Don't know why I did it....

i missed a gaslight anthem house show once. still regret it.

4 years ago i have been invited to a classmate's 18th birthday. so me and a friend showed up at 10pm.
it was an awesome party and so i really kicked off. i usally do not drink lots of alcohol (except for beer), but after an hour i couldn't take it much longer and started right off.

so in half an hour i drank: 5 beer, 2glasses of bacardi-cola, 2 glasses of malibu-orange, then schnaps of course and vodka. i did not really think about what and how much i drank, i just thought i could take it.
the only thing i can remember is falling down on my knees like about 20 times and my class mate coming over to me saying: "rumpi, please stop drinking". then everything turned black.

next day at 8pm i woke up in a bed (no girl beside me ), with only my pants on. i hadn't any remembrance since the time my class mate came over to me. i really felt terrible and went to see where i was. i have been in a flat i did not know, without any hunch of knowing what happened. i looked out the windows and could not remember any place i could have been. the door was locked and my cell phone was gone.
my clothes and bucket stood beneath the bed covered all over with puke.
i had to wait 3 hours of really going crazy, til a guy opened the door. he had been to the party to and had taken me to his flat.

he told me what happened:
soon after my class mate coming to me i started puking everywhere: the toilet, the staircase, my classmate's bed and his car (his father drove me to the flat). i fell down the stairs and the party got broken up because everyone was way to drunk.

so i thanked that guy for bringing me to his flat, put on my clothes and took the bucket and looking totally devastated i crossed the whole city to get back to that house to apologize.
i really felt easier when i heard that my class mate and his parents weren't mad at me.

conclusio: i drank way to much (i normally do not drink anything else than beer and i did not eat anything that day), i puked everywhere in the house, i fell down the stairs and really got hurt, i have been ill for one week after that, i could not even smell alcohol for half a year and since this party, there is a video on youtube someone at the party made, showing me drunk, sitting on a chair and puking into my own fold > awesome

may not sound to bad, but it was the most terrible feeling i ever felt.

when i was 12 years old, a friend of mine dared me to blow into a beehive for some money.

i actually did it and blew as hard as i could.

i got stung more than 25 times and three times inside my mouth. i can not remember having done anything that stupid again. for god's sake i am not allergic

haha that beehive story is what i was looking for. got a good laugh out of me

and i've never been blackout drunk like that before, though i've had a couple long nights of barfing. i woulda freaked out if i woke up alone in some place i've never been

i know i've done some stupid stuff in my life, but for some reason i'm blanking. i'll get back to you guys

i gotta learn to live with it, but it still haunts me. but in my defense: i didn't know who they were, it was their first tour ever so there wasn't even a buzz about them. i gotta think of more stupid stuff i've done to add to this thread.

crap, ive done stupid things, but most of them are probly drunken stories...

and most of those are too embarrassing to share...

im not proud of it but ill continue the tradition grazer started of drunken mishaps...

lets just say one night involved driving to a hookah bar after i had way too much to drink, and was kicked out of the front seat for dancing too much and distracting the driver, only to get to the hookah bar and have to puke, and in my drunken confusion ended up puking in the employees' room. guess the bathroom was taken...

that was like, six years ago, and im still afraid to go back there...

i never understood why that was so funny, but every guy ive talked to is like "its funny cause its true! thats what we did!"

I would've been happy if it was just a couple of genitals I drew, but I just seemed to put my hand to paper and it got worse and worse, lol.

And yes, that part in Superbad is also really freakin' funny.


Remembered another one, was once playing with my dog in my house, and ended up running towards the living room, our living room goes down a couple of steps and round a little corner, so here's me. Full blast. Down the steps, round the corner, and whack! Smacked my foot of a door, which is usually open, and i'm just flying down the two little steps that go into our living room. Ended up with a broken toe and bruised back.

just realized i forgot to post in this. alright, i'm gonna break it down into sober and drunk events. none of them are that bad really. actually, i realize now that most of these happened while sober...

sober:

-ran through a screen door at my aunt and uncle's house

-was playing ping pong at my friend's house. decided to play with a tennis ball. knocked out a fluorescent bulb (one of those long tube things) which then shattered on the table

-got mad after losing a game of basketball, threw the ball at my friend's plastic picket fence, completely snapped off two points of the fence, and cracked one of the long tubes in half

-got mad after losing a game of basketball, and slapped the ball right into my friend's face after the final point. he got a bloody nose

drunk:

-tried to do a backflip in my friend's basement. broke a ceiling tile, broke a toe, and landed flat on my stomach

-was dared to let a match burn down to my fingertips. i did it

-my friend broke a glass that i brought out, and when i tried to throw away the broken pieces, i ended up putting them into a suitcase full of clothes that i for some reason thought was a trash can

and the #1 stupidest thing i've ever done:

-when i was 4, i had a dream that i dove off the top of the stairs and flew away like superman or something. so, the next morning, i went to the top of the stairs to try it. my brother was at the bottom, and i convinced him that i could do it, and that i had done it before. so he watched as i jumped, made it maybe 4 or 5 stairs down, and rolled the rest of the way. very painful. when asked by my parents why he let me do it, my brother replied: "i didn't think he was actually gonna do it!"

reminds of me and my younger sister, when we got to see "Mary Poppins" for the very first time. after having watched the film, we both took an umbrella and jumped off a small tree.
well it didn't work out (surprise), we didn't get injured or anything, but we got to hear a lot from our mother returning home with two smashed umbrellas.

yeah, a kid's fantasy is something very precious =) glad i still got it now.

lol I'm pretty sure I jumped out of a tree with an umbrella too.

I've done more bad-stupid things than funny-stupid things so I'll just read everyone else's stories

Well, I guess I can include when I dumped sand in my baby sitters mouth when I was little? It was her fault for laying in the sand with her damn mouth open. Geez.

I cracked open a glow stick in my friends eye (sober). I meant to crack it, just not in her eye.

I asked my friend to mace me (drunk). I couldn't see for 45 min.

Tried to drive home from a party (drunk). Work up sleeping in my back seat in a part of town I'd never been to before.

Drank way to much and went over to my girl-friend at the time's dorm (drunk). Threw up in like eight places and had to pay a cleaning bill from the university.

I got a popcorn kernel stuck in my ear canal and had to pay 350 bucks for the doc to get it out.

Broke my wrist doing the hokey kokey (yes the kids dance) I was pretty hardcore for a 8 year old

Few years ago, I told a guy in class that I thought the girl sitting across from us was weird and resembled the uruk hai from the Lord of the Rings but then without the coloured skin. He smiled a bit.

Week later I found out it was his girlfriend for 2 months already. Not only stupid, but assholish as well :<

Shit sucks I did that with a q-tip the cotton bit came off in my ear and really hurt.

For better or worse, it was when I was in 5th grade. Wasn't a little kid, but still young enough to do stupid stuff like that.
The doc said it happens a lot. One kid he saw got a lithium battery stuck in there :\
