What is brian singing?

I know in the Sly Fi video in Berlin he sings What Becomes of the Broken Hearted by Jimmy Ruffin, but there is a bit before that I can't find anywhere.
THis is what Brian Sings:

"Rolling Stone, get em no more.
Said Rolling Stone, papa, papa, papa was a rollign stone.
And what was I doing?
Playing jacks in the street with a concrete maker and a whitch doctor.
And they told me some potions and some medicines.
And one of those things they were doin in the middle of the night was rolling stones down the street making medicine.
And I was in a British car, in a German town and a Russian driver and a Lithuanian _______.
Just walk throught the night
And this guy had the radio blasting, playing a sad sad song.
Goes like this."

Then Brian goes into What Becomes of the Broken Hearted by Jimmy Ruffin.

Any idea what the above thing is? Is it a song, or did he make it up?
I sorta think he made it up but I'm refusing to believe that because every other thing he's sang in that bridge bit has always been from another song.
cheers.

Yeah that's my favorite version of Angry Johnny live. Good quality recording and it seems less improvised as others. Brian knew what he was saying, instead of just rambling weird things.

and it's "A rolling stone, gathers no moss" and "Lithuanian tires"

I knew Rolling Stone and What Becomes Of The Broken Hearted, but honestly I never even thought to look into the other stuff.

I think the dreamy surrealistic rambling is very inspired by Tom Waits.
Bob Dylan has a style of rambling too.
Early Springsteen too, but he was very inspired by Dylan.

Madman drummers bummers and indians in the summer with a teenage diplomat
In the dumps with the mumps as the adolescent pumps his way into his hat

that's some weird shit
