Which shows have you hooked at the moment?

[I'm stuck in with a nasty cold and looking for something to watch on hulu, youtube, etc].

Criminal Minds Season 4.
I think my love for it is something to do with the attractive genius of Dr. Spencer Reid. Damn him.

I don't watch much TV other than that. I got rid of mine from my room when my dad went away to Afghanistan. I would find myself watching the news worrying about if he was still alive or not so I just gave it to my next door neighbour.

I just finished watching all I can of Spooks and sat here sulking that all the dvds were finished.

Also Supernatural I like a lot and also a comedy called Greenwing.
I usualy watch these On Demand though.
I am all about the crime, whodunnit programs.

TV is hopeless. Even the music channels suck, Scuzz less so than the others. I prefer watching things online, at least I can choose what I want to see. Other than that, the TV is for watching DVDs, especially the visually stunning ones (whether sci-fi or historical drama). I love those Asian movies, escpecially 'Hero' (the use of colour in that movie is amazing). As for made for TV programmes, I am currently re-watching the first series of the X-Files, as well as the first series of the Tudors.

Exactly. On Demand and Criminal Minds boxsets rule.

Have you checked out the new one Parks & Recreation on NBC from the producers of The Office? Amy Pohler stars in it, and the first 3 episodes are up on NBC.com. So far I'm digging it, it's on Thursdays but I usually catch it online.

What I've been watching lately is Scrubs, How I met your mother, and the office.

Me too! I bought all 3 seasons on dvd, and I haven't missed an episode! haha

I don't know! I love em all. But Marshall, Barney, and Ted are up there. Oh! and Stan! if you could the last episode! haha

Lost is brilliant, but it's getting more and more intrinsic now, its not a 'casual' watch anymore.

Another show is the Inbetweeners, which probably won't mean anything to anyone outside the UK, as its only a small show and the humour is very crude and very British.

I only watch The Office.

Isn't it weird how something funny to us, other people don't get?
I know I think Peter Kay and his jokes are hilarious but my stepdad and his relatives who come from the farming villages of Cheddar in Somerset don't get his jokes at all and just watch his DVDs with a blank confused stare. I understand that comes from being from the same sort of background and society as Peter Kay though, with him being from Bolton and myself from Manchester.

Reaper, Chuck, The Office, Supernatural and the Simpsons, though the latter has seen a decline in quality.

Is Supernatural still on? I loved that show. I've been watching The Beast and Numb3rs................along with Ellen, Jimmy Kimmel and Intervention....not sure if they count though.

He is very funny, but not as funny as he used to be if you get me. Max and Paddy was awesome when that was one, and we used to rip a French teacher at high school because she once let slip he asked her out before he was famous and she turned him down!!

Yeah he has run out of jokes really. His forte was taking the mickey out of his own background and experiences but you can only talk about yourself so much, then it just get boring.
Don't even get me started on his character Geraldine....

It's a bit like Little Britain. It's repetitive humour and it can only be funny for so long. I mean, there's a limit to how many time you can find 'Computer says no (cough)' funny...

Do you get what I'm saying about it though? I mean it may be different if you're in the USA and haven't had I don't know many series, but for the British one, the first series was very funny, the second one was ok, and then what they're putting out now (compared to these) are quite boring as you know exactly what's coming.

I adore How I Met Your Mother and got all my friends hooked. I'm torn between Barney and Marshall as my favorite characters. I like everyone though, except Ted.

Chuck is amazing. I highly recommend Flight of the Conchords if you haven't seen it. It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia is probably my favorite, but definitely not for everyone. Also Arrested Development.

Flight of the Conchords is bloody brilliant, and the music they come up with is just insanely good.

I love HIMYM, got my girlfriend hooked onto it too. She's never seen it before so when she comes over we'll watch it. Marshall is awesome and Barney is LEGEN---wait for it----DARY.

I'm gonna revive this corpse of a thread. I worked my way through Breaking Bad, which is an amazing show, and now I'm starting on Sons of Anarchy, and Mad Men. Who needs a life when you have Netflix?
