I haven't listened to the new CIS enough to know if I like it or not yet. It will probably grow on me. If you go to one of the release shows you might as well pick up the record. The next time I'm in a buying mood I'll get Eccentrichine. If you look at how much they grew from The Beat Goes On to Heavier Than Heaven then fans should understand that this band isn't going to put out the same record every time.

Love This Charming Man. Not quite as good as Gaslight, but really quite excellent material start to finish on the EP.

i'm only repeating the things that I read on the b9. the kids on the b9 board whine more than anybody else on the entire internet.

Alright maybe I'm just really bad at transcribing lyrics but I really want to know what the lyric after "You can tell me every little secret" is in "Sometimes You Eat the Bar."

It's driving me crazy.

I've just listened to Every Little Secret for the first time properly and these songs are so good. You can hear from these raw recordings how much potential Brian and Gaslight had at the time. Cincinnati Rail Tie is very good as well. Sweet Delta Blues is a great song.

the whole album is very good, a great look back on how far TGA have come, more specifically, Brian as a songwriter/Lyricist. The whole rcord is amazing

I think they should record "Sometimes you eat the bar" again. It is a wonderful song.
Plus, I like "She coulda raised the Titanic" more than the original "1930"....

I super stoked I just bought The Every Little Secret Vinyl on eBay. It hasn't even been played!!! I never thought I'd find an unplayed copy. My mp3s are going to take the backseat and I'll probably make a flac/Alac copy for my phone. So Excited!!!!!
