| Why don't we try to transcribe the lyrics by ear? I've started on Cut the rope and there is a thunder. |

| cut the rope - Quote :
- now the man is on fire
there's death in the kitchen and i'm sure he won't turn off the lights tonight cause he needs them to see he needs to prove that he can believe ???????????? but the lines grow askewed like the color of any argument and tonight the silent host is his decay though he knows where she is she knows exactly where he is the separation hangs like suicide
but be sure that there's an answer coming one of these nights just take a deep breath and close your eyes for a while let the strong spring breeze take your temperature down while you stretch your broken body out let the silences of mercy keep a song in your ear keep your promise about pity sixty minutes of tears and so you don't lose hope i'll lose an hour of sleep every night just in case you call
tonight a woman reflects on her decisions and comforts and if she knows how far halfway is after all and still she won't turn out the lights and she waits until morning how long until the answers make their demands and demand, they will and in her soul, she knows this she knows we all have to testify sometimes if some other white hot lights to waltz on to crimes some just approve that the truth was in them all this time there is a thunder - Quote :
- if you still wanna wear my name, dearly departed
i'm hard up and lonesome, but i know where your heart is and if i still take your breath away, you don't need to say nothing i hear the thunder out in the distance
and i remember those nights with the stereo on c'est la vie, save me and i know you remember the first time i needed you here i called carolina, told you come home please come home
la la la la la la it's just all that i'm mourning la la la la la la but i get so frustrated sometimes la la la la la la but i do still burn for you la la la la la la i'm gonna bring it back home tonight
and i know how you're lonely with these long hours i'm working midnight oil stretches and stretches
and i remember those nights with the stereo on c'est la vie, save me and i know you remember the first time i needed you here i called carolina, told you come home please come home
so darling, bare with me i just wanna lie here for a while i know the daylight comes too soon and for a minute there, i lost my shame, shame, shame, shame
la la la la la la it's just all that i'm mourning la la la la la la but i get so frustrated sometimes la la la la la la but i do still burn for you la la la la la la i'm gonna bring it back home tonight la la la la la la i'm gonna bring it back home tonight la la la la la la |

| i went to the link on the purevolume to eyeball records. it doesnt list them, but it does list a band called 'the anthem sound' under inactive members probably unrelated, but its still quite a coincidence | |

| Yeah it's really bluesy compared to Sink Or Swim, but it's pretty awesome anyway. My favorite track is cut the rope followed by Sweet Delta Blues. | |

I can kinda see it, but he doesn't sound "a lot" like him. It sounds like a more scratchy version of Matt... if that makes sense.

| I just put the CD in and iTunes came up and told me it was TGA rather than This Charming Man ha.
speaking of iTunes, 59' sound is free single of the week in the UK!
