He claims the links are for the pre-sale, but he doesn't say when the pre-sale starts and the links don't give you the option of buying now.

Just popping in after forever to say that I'm a bit too excited for this and I'll be at the Columbus show if anyone wants to hang out!

he has changed it now... the pre-sale will start on monday at 10:00 am

really cool that he is doing a world tour.. so I'm sure that more European tour dates will be added and I am somehow sure that he will come to Luxembourg!

So I made a pretty bone-headed move and bought 2 tickets for the show at Starland while I'll be on a trip for work. I was hoping to sell these to a fellow fan on here for face value, then purchase tickets for the NYC or Philly show.

If someone is planning to buy 2 tickets for Starland, PLEASE consider buying these from me instead. I'd love to buy tickets to one of the other shows, but can't really do that unless I know I'm able to sell these.

Ordered my ticket for the Irving Plaza show...LiveNation sent me two confirmation codes for ticket printing and neither work.  Love their screwups.

From Fallon's tumblr... "On the January tour and onward I will be playing all shows with a full band and we will be performing most, if not all, of my new songsfrom “Painkillers”. So you will get to hear the songs first live before the record is out."

Show on Jan 13 has been moved to the Newport Music Hall!

Tour starts this week. Looking forward to Wilmington. Venue added 50 tickets last week.

I am planning to head up to Portland tomorrow. I am so excited!!! Anybody else?

Excellent set last night! They were so solid, it didn't sound like a "first show" of the tour or even band. Great vibe as well. I love all the new songs, this record is going to be a treat and I can't wait. A Wonderful Life sounded great live. My advice would be don't try to find videos of the new songs online before you go see them, just go and discover the songs for the first time when you are at the show (unless the wait is too long ...)

It was Alex's birthday so the crowd sang Happy Birthday to him.

For those going to the next shows, Cory Branan played from 8pm to 8.40pm and Brian and the Crowes played for about 90 minutes, from 9pm to 10.30pm.

People in Maine are so nice!

And thanks to the weather and transportation gods to make this possible for me  

I've seen pics where I think Jared was on acoustic guitar, right? Who is the drummer?
Also, Brian flipped between that ES-345, and a Blue ES-335, right?

I'm trying to wait until Foxwoods tomorrow night as well. One thing I did was listen to the performances from last night for only the songs I've heard before (Horrible Crowes, MATZ, Wonderful Life) - not the NEW material, though.

Was hoping for a tour-exclusive vinyl, but seeing as the album isn't even out yet...

Anything memorable, merch-wise?

Trying to resist, but my shows aren't until after the record comes out, and that's two months away. Pretty sure I'll weaken way before then!
The old stuff certainly sounds great though, and it's nice to see Jared Hart there too...I hope he makes it to the UK leg.

thanks for sharing...great pics... can't wait to see them live in April..and the fact that I will see them after the record release I have already watched videos of the performances, I can promise you one thing..it is mindblowing! and I love every song

and I'm kinda sure Jared Hart will join them during the whole tour... firstly he said that on insta and secondly he liked one (two) of my tweet where I asked if he will join Brian on the European tour...so I hope he will..would be awesome
