This was really special. You could tell he was nervous, and most of the grumbling I had heard around the crowd before he came on suggested nobody really knew who he was. But as previously said, he got a standing ovation and totally won the crowd over. He (and Ian/Alex/Cat) was great.
And shout out to the other three people in the tent who also did the "cries like a baby" callback, whoever you are. And of course it was nice to see some familiar faces.
Edit: And of course, huge thanks to themeandean for the tickets.

It's def "and you hung from ladders" in the main version of the song. I think he was just switching words like he normally does live. With the "rungs"
