'1000 Years' music video (Debuts 11/26)

Isn't this like the first live video they have done? Anyway good video. But makes me regret even more that when I was in Minneapolis I never went inside the First Avenue. There wasnt any show that interested me and my friend except Against Me, but the show was sold-out . But on the positive side at least we get to see legendary wall with all the stars

The editing is amazing- does anyone know if this was all one take or they did a couple? Is it a preshow version and a show version? Thanks!

LOL agree. I really liked the dancers! But I do like this video. First Ave is a great venue and the editing is awesome.

This looks amazing but the editing kind of gives me a headache. I wish they stayed on some images just a half second longer. I'm sure I'll get used to it though. They really got some amazing shots of people in the crowd!

There are clips from both. They were filming them during the preshow as well and they played 1,000 Years 3 or 4 times while we were in there. It is edited together so fast it's tough to tell, but some of the close up shots I could tell were from the preshow footage.

Thanks for the info! I'm also assuming they did it live which is way more interesting than playing to a track. Think it came out pretty good, the crowd shots are great!

Just watched this directly on vevo on my 20" computer full screen. LOVE LOVE LOVE it!!! I think I'll be adding to the view count over the long holiday weekend ...

When I saw the signs at the show saying that they were taping, I hoped for another live DVD like Live in London. I guess this comes up as a cool alternative!
