| Hi all, The username says it all. Perhaps theres another thread somewhere for this, but I'm not sure. Anyway, I first heard Gaslight without knowing them in 2009, after they were joined on stage by Springsteen (my favourite artist, although GA are pushing him close these days). It wasn't something I followed up at the time - partly because I've drank most of the memories of that year away! I don't want to go into detail on a forum post, but anyway. Come forward four years and I'm sitting in my room, hating my job and the way my life's going, and I'm prompted by someone (who I sadly don't speak to any more) to check GA out. So I do. I can't quite explain it, but my discovery of GA seems to have coincided with a massive upturn in my life. And as such, the tracks I heard then will always mean everything to me. I'm John, from the UK, and I'm seeing them in November in Manchester. I look forward to it, because who knows what will change in the months between now and then, just like the last 7 months since I heard these guys  Excuse the confessional nature of this post, I just want to introduce myself and what this music means to me.
