Live In London DVD release

Surprise, surprise! Looks like the Live in London DVD, recorded at the Troxy in March 2013 will still be released this year!

Release date is Dec. 10th
And the price is very OK at $13

And, not to be picky, but I hope they're longer than the ones on the horrible crowes DVD. Those were great 3 minute snippets and all but they were all sooo short.

I haven't seen that one yet (going to the actual concert was enough *smirks jewishly*), but jokes aside I'm guessing they probably want to keep it pretty kinda low key with The Horrible Crowes in terms of how much they want to show. It's more about the music and the "mystique" surrounding the project.

Either way yeah! Extensive interview and backstage/frolicking around footage would be sweet.

I don't watch SD crap no more, then I stick to my own concert recroding from Düsseldorf or the New York show that was shown on HDTV...

I totally want to watch that New York show, but I thought it only streamed. Is it available anywhere?

I've been hoping for something like this for a while. Glad to see it looks like it's finally happening.

I hope it's true, because it's strange that The Gaslight Anthem haven't metioned it yet and the release date isn't so far away anymore...

The only reason I can think of to not release a full show is the band wasn't happy with the footage/performance on the rest of the songs. Brian has said before that they were surprised by how some songs that seemed fine live were out of tune/sloppy on a second viewing.
