I've created a nice little acoustic playlist including:
Hold You Up Misery Skinny Love No Weather Goodnight Irene Tin Pan Alley Cold Cold Ground Italian Lightning The Blues Mary Songs for Teenagers I Do Not Hook Up
I see what you're saying. I could have included Antonia Jane, She Loves you and several others but the above tracks have all either been recorded in studio or by Brian himself so they are all clean. I didn't want any electric or live tracks on this playlist. The three new tracks just seem very much Horrible Crowes/ Brian Fallon solo efforts really so in my head I'm struggling to consider them as Gaslight Anthem...

Admin: For offering to share commercial material, Holland has got himself banned (he will, however, be given the opportunity to explain whether he had intended to purchase extra copies and send these out as gifts, which is not obvious from his post).

| How fitting, admin banning someone for sharing stuff, whilst said admin has made profits of selling stuff that the band thought was intended to be given away as prizes on here. Makes perfect sense, also explains why he suddenly was so worried about starting up a thread to see what was being said after shows...to see if they still think he likes to rip people off. | |

fascinating stuff ... however, I am not aware of any admins on this forum ever having been given anything by the band to be given away on here as prizes - please provide details (seriously, if someone has conned the band into thinking they were giving stuff to the forum, I'd like to know); oh, and the reason I started a thread on what was being said after shows was because ... I wanted to know what was being said after shows forum policy is clear, anyone posting, offering or requesting commercially available material will be banned

Why would Holland say that he is "not bothered about the money" (i.e., the money he will be spending on the songs) unless he intended to purchase another copy? I certainly read his post as him being nothing but a friendly, rule-abiding member of the forum.

| Has anyone had any luck logging into the UK iTunes store with their non-UK account and purchase the EP?
And is it actually possible to purchase two copies of a download on the same account with Amazon or iTunes?
[P.S: Holland has now explained himself and is back in the fold.]

| It's total bullshit that this was released already in the UK but not the US. Should be out everywhere at the same time to avoid these kinda of situations! Honestly TGA is starting to annoy me! | |

| It is bullshit. And while I will not break the rules of this forum, it's the band/label's own damn fault if they lose money when people find other ways to get this illegally. Nothing personal to UK fans because this isn't their decision but when did they become more important than the rest of us? I seriously want to know the reason for this decision because it confuses me. I always try to think the best of people, especially this band but I really can't fathom how this makes any sense.
Ps Holland, if you're still willing to try and get another copy legally please pm me! Ill be forever grateful for your generosity!

[P.S: Holland has now explained himself and is back in the fold.] I've tried everything... VPN/Proxy.. no dice. Even purchased an amazon.ca.uk giftcard hoping that would work and still a no go.

| There is no way to buy it without a UK credit card. At this point I don't even want to bother with it anymore. | |

| Hmm... i guess it's worth buying for the extra songs and the video. On an unrelated note, and sorry if i'm threadcrapping, is there a definitive list of all officially-released tracks anywhere on here or elsewhere? I'm sure i've got 95%+ of the stuff, but wondered if i'd missed some b-sides, etc. | |

| The fact that this is unavailable for purchase outside of the UK is just stupid. It's 2012 and geographic restrictions are just going to annoy your fans. I understand that the tracks are going to be available on the RSD single but to not have them available online at the same time as the UK single is just going to lead fans to finding the songs elsewhere.
All that said, I was able to jump through the many hoops and purchase it from the US. It was rather involved and really not something the average interneter is going to bother with. Why make it harder than it needs to be for fans to give you $3 for new songs?

How did you do it? I would like to buy it. You need the following things to purchase it from Amazon UK -an IP address that says you're in the UK -a default billing address listed on your account that also says you're in the UK -a credit card from the UK or a gift card, which strangely can be purchased with a US card, for the amount If you're successful in purchasing the EP, it can be accessed and downloaded via the Amazon.com cloud player I'm not sure if any of this breaks their ToS but I was tired of waiting for someone in the UK to share it with the internet. Also, if the admins decide this isn't the place to share this information, feel free to delete it.
