Hello everyone!!

My name is Samar, just turned 23 and live near Aachen, Germany!! I joined cause I tweeted with Manuela and she told me about this forum!
I'm a HUGE Gaslight fan, my friends think I'm crazy! Know them since the '59 sound, but only listening to them since 2009!
But slowly they became such a huge part of my life! Their lyrics mean so much to me! And they're such a down to earth band, so awesome!! especially Brian is such an inspiration for me!
Met them in 2011 and they were just so cool!
Saw them 3 times now, 2010 being the first time and last time just at the Area 4 festival last sunday!
Then I saw Brian at the Revival Tour in Cologne last year and this tuesday I had the chance to attend a special acoustic radioshow with Brian with only 10 other people in a small room!! it was incredible!! Never experienced something like this! Brian was so awesome, made us all feel so comfortable! Played anything we want!! INCREDIBLE!! That guy is so sweet and funny!!
I'll see Gaslight twice in Cologne in october and also maybe Brussels!

Apart from gaslight I listen to a lot of music! going to gigs is basically all I do in my free time! =P
I'm a huge fan of Royal Republic (saw them 16times) The Strokes, Johnossi, The Subways, Young Rebel Set, White Lies and many more!

Regarding Handwritten!! I love it! took me some time to get used to it, still don't think it's their best piece, but there are some very good songs at it! Amazing songwriting again!
