I want to see Dave with TLO again.
I think the last time I saw them was... 5 years ago? With No Use For A Name and NOFX.

NO! I want to be Sophia! She's my favorite. Rose was too dumb and naive. I am NOT. Haha, when we were little, Jenna always said that I had to be Dorothy because she's a teacher and she's tall. I didn't appreciate that!
haha. Sophia's pretty much the best. i just meant that Dorothy was tall & sarcastic, but not as much as Sophia. i didn't even think of the teacher part! and Rose just because you're so sweet to everyone, not for the airhead quality
Aw, thanks for saying I'm sweet!
Yes, this will work. We will be the two crazy old ladies with the grumpy yet lovable neighbor, but we'll have dogs instead of cats.
totally! i just hope you're willing to bail me out of jail, cause when i get that old, i'm gonna start stealing stuff just to see if i can get away w/ it
Deal! And you can share your OCD drugs with me because I probably still would not have gotten my own at that point.

Awww yeah. Flip time for you now too!?
Yep! I really can't get enough of this album. It's just so good! Too Much Blood is "my song". It just doesn't get better than that for me.
I feel like we're music twinsies at the moment. Or something equally lame!

Hopefully I will get some writing done. I'm a nanny/homeschool teacher, but I'm also an aspiring writer, so I need to get some letters together for agents, work on some story ideas I have, that kind of thing. I would love to actually take a vacation, but I'm broke, so I'm going to spend next week with my writing and hopefully something good will come out of it.
That sounds awesome. I used to write, but lost the mental energy for it. Should be nice to have time without working just for writing

The only thing I didn't like about Hause live, was Prague. I love the eastern European music in the album version, sounds like some gypsy street band.

For the most part I prefer live versions of everything on Resolutions to the album version. But even the least good Dave Hause song is better than most other songs.

I would lose my mind without writing. It's what keeps me halfway sane. And yes, it'll be really nice to have some time to dedicate to it without interruptions next week.

I need to buy my Teenage Bottlerocket tickets tonight.
And I guess Dave Hause didn't even make a IIII, according to discogs. Now I'm just annoyed he skipped it and went straight to 5. Oh well.
Next check will be spent on some 7"s if I have enough after Chattanooga.

IIII is coming out on Sabot, he only recorded it at the end of July.

He took a lot of growing on for me. Don't know why. Always loved The Loved Ones, but when I first heard him I loved a few songs, and the rest I was like ehhhhh? Now it's just all good.

I LOVE DAVE HAUSE!!!!! The man deserves a forum.
If Dave Hause started doing interviews about how creepy his fans were, I would probably be that fan.
