| Does a fish know how to swim? Very eager for a Pukkelpop time schedule: the later, the better! | |

| If it is going to be broadcasted live it will be tonight ;-) Tomorrow they'll be playing the Lowlands Festival (which might be streamed as well).

| Ahhh, that was nice... again A lot of people knew the songs, they're really growing over here. Bad sound in the beginning, but it got way better. "Mae" as second to last song really gave me goosebumps! Brian wasn't in the greatest mood, though. His banter in between the songs wasn't as funny as usual (nearly inaudible and remarks that didn't make any sense), and I think he had a problem with his voice. I may be wrong, but I think he's trying to prove on stage what he's been saying in interviews: that he doesn't want to be anyone's hero. Don't get me wrong, I love him and the band, but if the band wants to be big (and it's possible: a major newspaper headlined with "Gaslight Anthem ready for the stadiums"), the frontman has to be big as well. I liked him a bit more two years ago, when he seemed to be so excited about everything that's happening to him and the band. Yesterday, he showed less interest in the crowd. I think it's nice that the band keeps doing its own thing, but I think I have to get used to that style. | |
