Eh, 4-5 years difference isn't much. But nine?! I babysat kids who are now his age. I can't think of them as being old enough to be a Dimestore Sinner! One of the kids I watched back in high school/college was actually named Andrew and is the same age as Deb. Weird!

Haha, I don't know! I turned 13 in October of that year, so I was in 7th/8th grade. I was really into classic rock, but all my friends were obsessed with Green Day and Alanis Morissette. Every time I hear Good Riddance or Ironic, I'm back in junior high again. That was also my last year in CA, I moved to VA in March of '96, so 1995 makes me think of bonfires at the beach, the year I first drove a car (in the mall parking lot even though I was only 13), and guys in flannel shirts. It was a good year! And you were just a baby!
