An internship for the local congressman here. It's not too long but I'm on lazy-mode
are you a poli sci major or something?
Yep! That I am. If not my major, it'll be my minor. I may major in criminal justice but at this point I just wanna go somewhere in that direction
do criminal justice and then take a class in forensic anthropology....you will have a time of your life. I guarantee it.
Really? I'll make a note of that, it sounds interesting!
are you into bones? like reading human bones to find out if it's a female or male and how they died and how old they were etc..?

See stuff like that sounds extremely fascinating to me, but I've never had the opportunity to do anything in that type of study. I would really like to though!

cool. check if your university offers an intro course to forensic anthropology.
I took a six week long summer course. first week was learning on how to tell between animal and human bones and after that it was all human bones.
I was lucky enough to take a hands on type course which is what you want so you can touch the bones and all

That sounds incredible. I have yet to take a class that sounds even remotely close to as interesting as that. Was yours a GE course?

na I graduated as an Anthropology major so it was one of my major courses I had to take...not a GE course but something you can take for fun even if you not an anthro major at my university.

That's awesome. Right now I'm at community college so they don't really offer too many courses like that, but hopefully I'll be getting out soon and I can take a class like that! I'm excited now haha

I am trying so hard to distract myself from typing up a resume and a cover letter for an internship I'm applying for... ohhh summer, productivity is not going to happen.
this was me a few weeks ago, tbh.
How did you get out of it? I seriously have been in this funk for nearly a month... haha I get motivated for a day and then I'm done!
Hahah, I never did get out of it. I ended up ignoring reality, LOL.
Ya know, that sounds like the way to go. I am definitely hopping on that ship! Haha, I mean, summer is meant for laziness... right?
hahah, exactly. (i recently just quit summer school because, in addition to the teacher being a bit of an asshole, i just want to be lazy as hell.)

Congrats on passing your history exam, Matt! That's great! Just think, you're almost done with your tests and then you can relax. Go get some coffee!

Criminal Justice is the way to go. I have just one more year until I get my degree. This coming semester, I have an internship with the FBI so I am pretty excited for that.

Hey Olof!
My day is going pretty well! How are you?
And Ilaria, I also want to know what Bruce lyrics you are using! I'm so excited you are finally getting your tattoo. I wish I wasn't such a baby, then I'd get one too.

Let us all commune in prayer:
Our Shannon, who art on Dimestore, hallowed be your name.
Your days off come, your book be done, in stores as it's on your desktop.
Give us this day our daily posts, and forgive us our post counts, as we do not have the time for your post count.
And lead us not into Bieberdom, but deliver us from Jimmy
Amen.
