It does, the thought of a club or something like that, and paying lots of money for taxis, over-priced booze and not been able to hear ourselves think...not for me.

haha, i know what you mean. i can go to bars once in awhile, but clubs are AWFUL. i went to some trendy clubs downtown here a few times w/ a friend...only cause she gets in free. but the music was awful, the people were douchebags...ugh. haha. clubs are never as fun as they're supposed to be.

I don't think I've been in a club since I was 19/20. Just not my thing. Much rather have mates round and everyone drink at mine, where we can watch what we want, and do what we want.

So, enough about me complaining, what's your plans for the rest of your day?

you might have mentioned this before, but how big is Portadown? is there much to do there?

i'm off today, so i'm being lazy! my room looks like a tornado hit it, so i should probly work on that...boooring.

It's not THAT big, but it's one of the main towns in N.Ireland, about 24,000 people live here. Lots of pubs and shops, so I guess that's everyone here catered for. Pretty cool location, in that I'm about an 45 minutes to an hour from the coast, 90 minutes from Dublin and close to lots of other cool things and lots of nice green fields.

ahh the good old tornado, I don't know how that never took off as an excuse.

My housemate and best friend in USA is leaving in a few hours and I don't know when I'll be seeing him again. Sad, sad day.

no one believes me that a tornado fell right over my room! damn Arizona!! actually that's one of the very few good things about AZ! tornadoes are scary...i don't know how people can live in "Tornado Alley" and ever feel safe

sounds like you live in a pretty decent place! i've always wanted to live somewhere pretty and green. the desert just looks like death to me

Oh there's no way I'm never leaving that communist hellhole again, I'm just not coming back for a third semester in Santa Barbara. Travelling is definitely on my agenda!

Eat tons of Swedish food, hang out with my friends and say hello to my stupid cat probably!

More long term though...I'll go find a job and work for a while to save up some money, then I'll look into going to the university I think. Wouldn't mind going a few more places before I start studying though.

you like playing guitar and building model trains and complaining about shit. but you look down on everything and you have no experience with anything. get a job and move to a big city and actually get out in the world and experience things.
