Brian answering twitter questions (4/19/12)

I think a DimestoreSaints twitter account for Admins to post important forum news (rather than TGA news as such) sounds fine.

I do have a twitter account to and would like to try to ask something. But I actually just use it to follow, so how does the chat thing work? Is there like a chat window, or...??

I had to. I also made a "List" for priority people for when I'm in a rush so I don't miss anything they say.

Usually when someone does a Q&A on Twitter they just start replying to people during a set time frame directly to people they want to answer, or else tweet in this format so everyone who follows him can see his answers:

BRIAN: The album will be coming out in June @username

or

BRIAN: "@username When will the album be out?" In June.

If he doesn't do that then you'd have to go right to his profile page and try to track all the conversations between him and the people he decides to answer.

There was a suggestion Gaslight just announce the release date and tour dates now so he won't get those questions all afternoon tomorrow. But he'd get them anyway even if they announced that info beforehand :\

He does say in his tumblr that he will answer WHATEVER we want to ask (emphasis added)...... Maybe he WILL give us a release date after all!

is he going to answer on his account or gaslight's?

The chat was announced on Gaslight's twitter, so I think he'll use that account. I hope there's some new info when I get home from work tonight!

I'm sure it'll be The Gaslight account since that has way more followers.

I feel like this whole thing is slightly ill-timed (with the whole interview comments) I hope Brian doesn't get too many a-hole questions. To be expected regardless I suppose hopefully there will be some good/new info.

I don't even know what to ask! Think I'll set up a separate account to my normal one so I don't piss of all my followers with Bieber esque spam tweets.

Well if you put @gaslightanthem first along with the hashtag then maybe your followers won't see your questions to him and you can hide your shame
