Be more proactive in making plans. Organise something and invite them along rather than waiting until the day you wanted to do something and getting nowhere.

Wow nice.....a girl I knew from a highschool club, is now in trouble with the law. She had to spend the night in jail, loosing her license for 3 months, and a 600 dollar fine. Now I remember Why I cut ties with her....She Just "ain't no good", and she is laughing about it.

Jimmy, you've just cemented Laurence's point. Underage drinking isn't the problem, she clearly has other underlying issues.
I'd also like to point out that law generally is a joke. There's so much pointless and unnecessary legislation that restricts people's lives rather than allowing them to live as they would like to and should be allowed to. They're simply in place for the government to maintain as much control as possible.

I think this demonstrates how Jimmy had surrounded himself with people that don't match his lifestyle, which has lead him to the negative self-image he has now. But luckily, he knew enough that he wanted to hang out elsewhere, her underlying issues aside. The question is, what was her take on men utilizing umbrellas?
