| A few Springsteen shows?! Man, you are so lucky! But yeah, I can imagine that the cost of those tickets really adds up. But c'mon, it's Bruce, so it's definitely worth it! Lucky, lucky, lucky! | |

| Yea, I am pretty lucky. haha Any of my friends will attest to that! Cost can add up. Some of the shows I just find a really cheap one in the lot. I don't have a hundred to drop for a ticket every show. Especially when I see him play small local clubs around here for like $12 a ticket and can reach out and touch the guy if I wanted too | |

| Now I'm even more jealous than I was before! $12 a ticket?! Close enough to touch him?! Sigh... Please come back here and tell us all about them! | |

| I honestly don't even know where to begin. Let's just say I have been lucky enough to have lived my whole life at the Jersey shore and music has always been a huge part of my life. Growing up listening to the music empty out into the streets from the local watering holes is really something special around these parts. Lucky to have seen Bruce play the Stone Pony, a couple of Wonderbar appearances and other small venues in the Asbury Park area. Some really special nights... | |

| Oh man, that must have been so cool! There's nothing like that where I live. When I was in school, pretty much everyone listened to rap and hip hop, which I hate! That's what's more common around here. And country. One of my dreams is to go to a Bruce show, and I will someday. It just seems like he would put on the most amazing concert ever. Hey Rizz, if you don't mind my asking, how old are you? | |

| Cool doesn't even begin to cover it. Def try and check out a Bruce show. Such an amazing live performer! I could go on and on. I'll be turning 28 on Friday while seeing The Boss play the worlds most famous arena | |

| Happy birthday a few days early! What a fantastic way to spend your day! You look really young in the pictures you posted, but it doesn't seem like you're a college kid. That's why I asked. | |

| Well thank you! Makes me feel better hearing that I look young! It should be a pretty fun night. Unfortunately, my friend had to cancel on coming with me because of work so I am trying to find a concert buddy to go with. I don't want to waste the ticket on someone who won't really appreciate it and isn't a fan. | |

| Yeah, it wouldn't be much fun to see Bruce with someone who didn't love him. Good luck finding a concert buddy! Hey, you're younger than me, so you shouldn't feel bad. I decided last year that I will no longer get older. I just refuse. 29 is old enough! I will always celebrate my birthday though, because I would never deny my family and friends the pleasure of giving me presents. And everyone is worth celebrating at least one day a year! | |

| Man this is the weirdest virus I've had. I don't necessarily feel Ill. There's just something that feel off which makes you know youre sick. Then I wake up in the morning and feel all clogged up and stiff, plus a cough, which then goes away and I back to feeling weird. WTF ARE YOU!!! Do we have a doctor on the forum? | |

Do we have a doctor on the forum? I hope you feel better, Andrew! I had a virus like that at the beginning of December. It only lasted two or three days and I never felt completely sick, just not quite right. My boss is a doctor and she said it was just a mild virus that was going around. That was the last time I was sick...until this past weekend. Now I have a stupid cold and it's making me feel disgusting and blah. That's what I get for thinking I escaped cold and flu season unscathed.

Ah, nice! I love Tom Petty soooo much. Which songs are making you feel summery? I always think of summertime when I hear Even the Losers and Mary Jane's Last Dance. There was one summer during high school when I listened to Tom Petty's Greatest Hits and John Mellencamp's The Best That I Could Do every single day, so those albums always represent summer to me.

I guess Shannon's our forum doctor Thanks, it all kind of settles on my throat, so my voice is a little off, hopefully it will go aways soon. I hope you feel better too, I have to say overall I escaped cold an flu season as well. I used to get sick with really bad with bronchitis like clock work, every year, when I was younger.

Thanks, it all kind of settles on my throat, so my voice is a little off, hopefully it will go aways soon. Woohoo, I'm the forum doctor! If I hadn't had that aversion to school (and ridiculously long hours, and hospitals!), I could have made a great doctor. My voice is a little off too, but my biggest problem right now is my sinuses. My face feels like it's going to explode, plus I feel so wiped out. I am way better at taking care of sick people than being sick myself. I'm such a wimp.

Hometown Blues feels that way for me too, and it has nothing to do with summer at all! It's just so much fun! All of the girls run with the crowd They go wild when the lights go down They gotta little money, live in a dream Wanna be the queen of their little scene

Tom Petty is on my bucketlist of artists I still need to see live. I saw Tom during his Highway Companion tour, and it was the best concert I have ever been to. I'm not into mosh pits and all that, I go for the music, and that's what this concert was. Fantastic music, great atmosphere, and an all around perfect night. None of the craziness that takes away from the music. He played a ton of classics and some stuff from the HC album that I instantly loved, and Stevie Nicks was there too and joined him on stage for a few songs, so it was just a totally awesome experience. I have been waiting for him to come back here ever since! Fingers crossed for later this year!
