My girlfriend isn't from around here, and when I said "I am waiting in line for free water ice" a couple years ago she responded with: "uhhh, colin, I don't mean to be mean, but you can just get that at home from the sink". Hahaha, yeah my brother was like " hey lets go gets some" at 3 , which is when all the public schools get out, so the line was super long then. Luckily we live right down the road from it, so we left and went back at 6 - no line You could probably go now and get it pretty easily, I think they stay open till like 9

An east coast thing..... Every year on the first day of spring this east coast chain store called "Rita's" gives out free Italian ice to celebrate- all day.

| we have sorbetto which is more similar to ice cream and you can actually put it on a cone, while granita is this thing made of ice and fruit: I honestly had no idea the term italian ice even existed, should have used my imagination | |

And there is a chocolate cake in my kitchen... The kids have Friday off of school, so maybe I will see if I can take them there after we go to the park. They love Italian ice!

| Well you can do combinations of different flavors also, like I got (I believe) blue raspberry and mango. But they have a ton of others. So you can get just plain lemon or you can mix it with a different flavor

http://www.ritasice.com/m/product.html?requestedProduct=Italian%20Ice Wow, they have way more favors than I thought they would. My first thought is to get chocolate peanut butter, but that sounds kinda weird for Italian ice. Hmm...maybe strawberry margarita. Yum!

Are you still working on design changes for the forum? Hopefully we will get a preview of the album cover soon so you have something to work with.

| Um I took a break from it, the main issue I'm running into right now is cross browser compatibility, one thing im hoping to add if i can get it to work (no promises) is a like button for posts. Once again no promises. There are also some features ive found on here that we have set off, such as profile comment sections and friend systems. Once again no promises. Though i wouldnt get your hopes up about the friend system because i think that goes against what this place is about. And once again, no promises for any of what i mentioned.
but yeah I'm hoping to get the artwork soon so i can start getting back to it.

I agree with you about the whole friend system. This whole forum is so friendly and such a nice place, I think singling out only certain people as friends or however it would work wouldn't add anything to the place at all.
