| I'm so bored that I'm almost considering buying a bag of potato chips to create some excitement. | |

I don't listen to it all that much, but when I do, it's just astonishing how good it is. Exactly! I hope Handwritten has at least a couple of songs that are similar to the ones on SATQ because I always want that album to be longer. 4 songs just isn't enough!
Did you decide what song to record? Yeah I think we might get some of that. They did mention a lot of fast punk songs!
Yep, I'm going for the title track.
I remember Brian mentioning that there would be some more punk songs on this new album than there were on AS, but he has mentioned a lot of stuff, so I'm not sure what we'll get. Like I know he's said that Handwritten is more literal and won't have names and stuff (Mary, Virginia, etc.), but then he also said that there would be a song entitled "Mae". He kind of reminds me of Bob Dylan in the way he seems like he's giving a straight answer, but you never really know for sure. I love that! But no matter what, I'm sure this album will be spectacular!
Woohoo for Senor and the Queen! I can't wait to hear it! Shannon... Senor and the Queen is already out! haha Haha, you're goofy. I meant I can't wait to hear Harbortown's cover of "Senor and the Queen". Yeah, sometimes I'm a bit witty. Oh, and likewise, I'm looking forward to Harbortown's cover too. You'll have to put it up when you're done! (Yea, I have some covers up on Youtube, but mostly people just make fun of me for them...oh well...it's the internet).

My excitement was to be trying to cook potato soup from scratch. But guess what. It involves heavy cream and sour cream which would have just put me over the edge for the day. So onto tomorrow then. Dinner will be an orgy of dairy and potato dammit!

| TGA- later! H-Town- No. I just write everything down to keep myself in check. I try to stay at a certain amount of calories & fat per day. That's about it. Nothing extreme. But given that I don't want to eat the same stupid thing every day, each day is a challenge that sometimes I fail! | |

| Yeah it's tough for sure, but I think that if you at least make a little bit of an effort to eat better it'll make a difference.
I'm not that controlling by any means in regards to how many calories I eat, but I'm making small changes like eating chicken instead of red meat and whole grain instead of white bread and I've lost a lot of weight because of stuff like that.

| You know as I write that out I'm like- what am I doing ingesting heavy and sour cream? But you can make changes (fat-free sour cream for example). If I thought I wouldn't go hungry a half hour later, I'd eat vegetables all day long. And if you allow for it, as opposed to say eating pizza earlier in the day or something, you can still eat some things in moderation. | |

| Haha yeah, that's the problem with vegetables. It feels like eating air.
I want to indulge in a big god damn piece of steak and not some piece of lettuce and tofu or whatever.

| What is a typical menu on your best day? I need ideas! Also, I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to get in some aerobics or something. I sit too much! There's a Bollywood dancing video (it's meant to be a fitness workout) on my onDemand. It looks alright til they start getting crazy whipping their hair and shaking around at high speeds. I don't think my downstairs neighbor would appreciate that too much! | |

| Unfortunately I'm not very varied!
I'm a college student with limited means so I just have to get used to eating the same stuff over and over. I buy bags of chicken filet and cook it with an array of spices, and that's basically it. Sometimes I'll add pasta for some carbs.
Hahah yeah I could never do dancing like an exercise, the gym is way more fun!

| I go to the gym, get on the elliptical ( http://www.truthaboutabs.com/images/cms/Image/Elliptical.jpg ) and zone out to my soap opera. Otherwise- yeah I'm the same. Chicken filets with different spices, baked potato, vegetables then some kind of low calorie dessert for dinner. Or, go the pasta or hamburger route. Well what an exciting life we lead! Now you can see why I'm excited to try a soup! LOL
In other news This is Spinal Tap is on and I am delighted to see it at 2:30am.

| Haha, you watch the TV screens or what?
I ate a lot of hamburgers last semester and I miss them so much. They were so delicious. You and I should be in the kitchen for the inevitable Dimestore Saints meetup!
Haha, that movie. I haven't seen it in a long time, I think it's about time I watch it again.

| The presentation of my chicken cutlet at this meetup would involve me tearing it apart to the point it looks like a wolf had its way with it so that I can make sure the insides are cooked before I serve it to anyone. I am excellent at baking desserts though. So you would have to take care of the entree.
Are you in California? Spinal Tap's on Turner Classics (TCM) if you've got cable.
Yeah- there's a TV on each piece of equipment. The trick is finding a television that actually works! I watch General Hospital because sometimes I just need to watch foolishness. After that is Friends, but I can only take so much of that show over the course of a week.

| That first sentence made me laugh. Okay, you're in charge of desserts, but I'll have Shannon join me too, I need a non-neurotic woman to help me out with the food!
I sure am, but I don't have cable. I'll just download it.
Aah, yeah. All I have at the treadmill is a giant mirror in front of the treadmills, but I think that's good. It feels good to look at your self and see the progress you've made, and you can push yourself too by looking at yourself deeply and just get into fucking GOD OF THUNDER MODE.

| I would stare at my feet before I stare at myself working out. Thankfully I've got an iPod with video so I can watch stuff on there so I'd definitely utilize it in your case!
Alright- I'm on cookie/cake duty! Which brings us back to why I have to watch what I eat...
Off to bed now. Have a lovely evening!

Haha! You might be the first person to ever call me non-neurotic. Thanks for that, and I would be happy to help you out in the kitchen. I may not love to cook, but I'm pretty good at it. But...I will almost certainly make a huge mess, so who'll do the dishes?

Hey Jimmy! What kind of question is that? We all missed you! There wasn't enough obsurdity around here yesterday, so you'll have to make up for it today.
