I feel your pain, Cody! Both of my parents have birthdays in April and then my niece's birthday and Mother's Day are both in May, so I go broke during those months. And I am trying to build up my vinyl collection, so I want to buy records for me too! I need more money. Nannies just don't make enough...even though I work SO hard!

I've been working on 3rd shift for just over a year, and this is only the second Friday I've ever had off! I'm doing great! That's fantastic that you had Friday and Saturday off! Having Fridays off are so wonderful. For the first three years I was at my current job, the kids' mom only worked Monday-Wednesday, so I always had a four day weekend. I miss that schedule so much! I didn't appreciate my time off nearly as much as I should have.

I have a lot to do this afternoon too, and I have to be at work at 5:00. I will be around after the kids go to bed though. I will have nothing else to do and their parents won't be home until after midnight. It's going to be a long night!

Oh yeah, same here. When I first started working at my store, when I worked days, I only worked every other day, for about 2.5-4 hours a day. I loved it, I had so much free time! Horrible paycheck though, haha.

Yeah, sounds like you're gonna have a busy one! Are the kids good about bed time or do they fight you on it?

Haha nah I just didn't have anything at all to do, and I watched the latest two episodes of The Office which made it all worse, and then I got high which completely misfired and made me sad instead of happy, haha.
