Because Brian sings it so good, it makes me prefer this recording over the albumrecording...

What's the backstory behind that performance, is she the daughter of someone who was on the revival tour or something?

I'm not sure, but you can see her father in the backround on stage and I don't recognize him..Knowing how nice Chuck is I wouldn't doubt that he just got approached at some time before the show and said sure she can come up on stage with us

That was so good! I wish I had been at that show. Just Brian and a guitar must have been amazing, very personal. And I got chills when he sang so quietly at the end too.

I remember watching this video sooo many times when it first got posted on the forum.
Oh yes I do too. I think that was when I fell in love with Old Haunts. Still am.

This was a priceless moment. I was nearly crying the whole song through. Guess that was the Mum in me
As for my favourite live performance. It's so hard to tell. I don't think I could ever decide. But here are my today's Top 4:
She Loves You - Asbury Park 2011 What can I say ... *SIGH*
Here's Looking At You Kid - Revival Tour Vienna 2011
Great Expectations - Hamburg 2011 just because these 2 gigs were so incredible
Bring It On (feat. Dave Hause) - Munich 2011 brilliant show. Brian was in top form that night!

Her parents took her and her 2 brothers to the Revival Tour. The girlis a Brian Fan so they bought her the shirt andI think it wasDanny and Ian who had the ifea of getting her on stage Adorable little girl and I loved when all the guys kneeled down to sing with her.

Great Expectations, apparently from Amsterdam:
I always liked this video because it was the first time I saw them cover this and was really impressed:
Even Cowgirls... cus holy crap. As I said elsewhere, one night I was having a really bad night and just watched this video like 10 times in a row thinking "Why can't everything be as simple and wonderful as this is?"
And finally, The '59 Sound on Letterman. They totally nailed the performance of this and obviously impressed Dave Letterman who doesn't always look that pleased after a band.
As for my personal favorite live moments at shows I was actually at, most of the videos are crappy so I'll just list them: Obviously American Slang at Convention Hall 2011 Blue Jeans & White T-Shirts at Stone Pony 2010 Boomboxes & Dictionaries at Stone Pony 2010 We're Getting a Divorce... Wellmont 2009
