It looks like you dribbled food under your lip. Have you tried just going with a little scuff? I mean, that full goatee looks weird, and you don't want to go clean shaven, so why not try that? In my opinion that's a good look for a guy. Just look at Mr. Fallon:

just avoid small, rounded glasses. It took me like two weeks to choose the perfect pair for me, I am not the best person to tell you what to choose ahahah
