| Are there any New Rising Sons fans? It's Garrett Klahn, the lead singer from Texas Is The Reason, singing in a kinda americana type band. Really good stuff. Their putting out a new album sometime soon and I couldn't be more psyched. www.myspace.com/mugofbrimstone | |

I'd hate that though. One Man Army was the only band I was every really hit by when they broke up. I need a healthy amount of Jack Dalrymple's voice every once in a while.

| I'll be really, really bummed if Dead To Me break up. I live in the same area of California as them, yet they still rarely play local shows anymore. They're such a good band.
And I'm stoked about Frank Turner's new album, he's my favorite.

| it's gonna be an 8 part series, 2 by Streetlight, 2 by BOTAR, 2 by unknown band #1 (Man Bites Dog?), and 2 by unknown band #2 (Tomas solo?). the first 2 are gonna be released at the same time (early '09, yeah right), and 1 will be by Streetlight and 1 by an unknown band
originally they said it was just gonna be BOTAR, but not anymore

| just downloaded it, haven't listened to it yet. heard there's a lot of reggae on there, which is cool. rancid's ska/reggae stuff is usually pretty solid | |

| This is directly from the Streetlight website
"As for 99 Songs, sit tight a tiny bit longer. The record is out of our hands now, in terms of recording, so we're all waiting at this point. We'll be posting a track list on the site very soon."
Cant wait lol | |

| Streetlight Manifesto is a joke in terms of deadlines and their own word. I got sick of it. Give me a goddamn date and put your record out then. Don't record an album, keep it on your iPod for a few years and then magically release it like everything's okay (Somewhere In The Between)
I've seen Streetlight 4 times. Each performance they got worse. The fifth time, when I interviewed Tom, I forgot to press record, the interview was never captured, I skipped the show and just went "fuck it," and haven't listened to Streetlight since.
I got tired of their bullshit.

| yeah, it's true, they are extremely annoying and way too relaxed about releasing records. however, their live show is great. i've seen them 5 times, and each time, i wanted more | |

| haha, well i've been scoping out studios around Cleveland and Akron, trying to get a feel for how much this is gonna run me. i figure i might just professionally record the 6 songs i have written now, so i at least have something recorded
but yeah, i'm getting close i think. the song titles are no longer working titles, i worked out the order of the tracklist, and i'm gonna throw some piano on the end of Opposing. i stayed up til like 4 one night and worked all this out
